At Banana Jeep Safari, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to provide flexibility for our customers. However, due to the nature of our tours and the limited availability of seats, we have established the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure time will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure time will not receive a refund.
- No-shows will not receive a refund.
- In the event that Banana Jeep Safari cancels a tour due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for a different date/time.
- Rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure time will be accommodated subject to availability.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure time will not be guaranteed. Please contact us by phone.
